The meaning of Hajj and Umrah
Hajj is the
language of intention. As for the purpose of the pilgrimage, it is the
intention of the Holy Land to perform the rituals of Hajj in a specific time
and place, with the aim of pleasing Allaah. Umrah is the approach to prayer and
