Umrah during the months of Hajj

Praise be to Allaah
It is permissible to do 'umrah in the months of Hajj without any dispute between the scholars. There is no difference between that, whether he intends to do Hajj in his year or not.

Al-Bukhaari (4148) and Muslim (1253) narrated that Anas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to perform 'Umrah for four days in Dhu'l-Qa'dah except with his Hajj: Umrah from Hudaybiyah or Hudaybiyah in Dhu'l-Qa'dah and' Umrah next year , And Umrah from Jarana, where he divided the spoils of nostalgia in Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Umrah with his argument.
