Ruling on Hajj

When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If he is truthful, he will enter paradise ." [4] As for the consensus, the Ummah unanimously agreed that Hajj is obligatory for those who have been able to do so at one time. Imam Ibn al-Mundhir said: "They agreed that one should have one argument in his lifetime: Hajjaj al-Islam. Ibn Taymiyah said: "The Muslims unanimously agreed that Hajj is obligatory." [5]
