Ruling on Hajj
Because the origin in the ruling of Hajj is obligatory in
the book, the Sunnah, and the consensus, either the evidence from the book, the
Almighty says: (God is on the people of the House of pilgrims who managed to go
through the path of disbelief, God is rich from the worlds)
, [1] (Peace and
blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If a person does not believe that
Hajj is obligatory, he is an infidel, and that the obligation of Hajj is for
the benefit of the people, not for the need of the pilgrims. The Worlds. The
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said : "We were
pleased to ask the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) about something. We were surprised that the man from the Badia would come
and ask him. He said: "He (peace be upon him) said:" Who created the
sky? "He said:" He (Allah) said: 'Who created the earth?' He said:
(God) He said: By the creation of heaven and earth and mountains and made these
benefits God God (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
"Yes." He said: "Your messenger claimed that we have five
prayers in our day and night." He said: He said: "Yes." He said:
"Yes," he said: "Your Messenger claimed that we should fast a
month in our year." He said: "Believe it." He said: He said:
Your Messenger claimed that we should make the pilgrimage of the house to those
who have been able to do so. He said: "Believe it." He said:
"What has God sent you to do this?" He said: Yes. He said: "And
whoever sent you with the truth, I will not increase them or diminish anything
from them." When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
said: "If he is truthful, he will enter paradise ." [4] As for the
consensus, the Ummah unanimously agreed that Hajj is obligatory for those who
have been able to do so at one time. Imam Ibn al-Mundhir said: "They
agreed that one should have one argument in his lifetime: Hajjaj al-Islam. Ibn
Taymiyah said: "The Muslims unanimously agreed that Hajj is obligatory."
